We hired Austen for replacing our roof as a referral from our neighbor and he did a phenomenal job of surpassing our service expectations. He did a great job with the insurance back and forth, was very transparent with all the pricing aspects. He scheduled and completed the job in a timely fashion and also went out of his way to help with a couple of additional repairs around the house.

He was the only company that went into out attic to ensure that out roof trusses were in good condition so we realized then why he came highly recommended. His professional approach to our needs helped us to feel that he was treating us like family. Austin kept us updated throughout the day and he stayed on site. His crew was on time, respected our property & worked safely not to damage anything throughout the process. After completion of the job they left our property as clean as they found it. I would strongly recommend Ultra Roofing. They did a great job replacing my old gravel roof with an immaculate flat-roof TPO system. It is a residential property but the flat roof is large and complex, bordering on a commercial scale project. Austin and team were very responsive, careful and skilled and they went the extra mile to ensure that the finished product is immaculate. It has been a little over a month since the job was finished and we’ve certainly had some testing weather and all is good. I am confident this TPO flat-roof system will stand the test of time.
