- Scheduled around your services, weddings, funerals, and events. Your calendar sets the phasing.
- Condition reports written for a board or finance committee. They include photos, priorities, and a repair/restore/replace recommendation.
- Phased budgets. We'll show what must be fixed now and what can go into next year's budget.
- Mixed-roof campuses. We handle the steep-slope sanctuary and the flat-roof education wing under one contractor.
Schools, Municipalities, and Other Public Entities
- TIPS vendor status. We're a registered TIPS vendor. Contact your purchasing office to confirm whether TIPS applies to your project.
- Documentation for procurement files. Written scopes, material submittals, certificates of insurance, and warranty documents.
- Work scheduled around occupancy. Summer and holiday windows for schools, and phased work for buildings that can't close.
- Maintenance contracts with biannual inspections that support manufacturer warranty requirements.

Institutional budgets are tight, so we start with the least expensive fix that will actually hold.
- Repair localized leaks, flashings, and storm damage.
- Restore a qualifying roof with an acrylic or silicone coating instead of tearing it off. See commercial roof coatings.
- Replace with Versico single-ply systems when the roof is at the end of its life.
