Insurance Documentation (If Applicable)
If your replacement is storm-related, we provide photo documentation and can be on the roof when your adjuster inspects. You file and manage your claim with your insurer.

Tear-Off & Deck Inspection
We remove existing shingles down to the decking, inspect for rot or damage, and replace any compromised plywood before installing new materials.

Installation & Final Walk-Through
New underlayment, drip edge, shingles, ridge cap, and ventilation are installed per manufacturer specs. We do a final walk-through with you and handle debris removal.

We install the IKO lines: Dynasty, Nordic, Cambridge, Armourshake, Crowne Slate, and Royal Estate. Nordic carries a UL 2218 Class 4 rating. Dynasty and Cambridge carry Class 3.
Tile & Slate
Tile and slate replacement and repair.
Standing Seam Metal
Concealed fasteners and a long service life. A study sponsored by the Metal Construction Association and the Zinc Aluminum Coaters Association projected 60+ years for properly installed, unpainted 55% Al-Zn coated steel standing seam roofs (the study covered low-slope roofs). R-Panel Metal
Cost-effective exposed-fastener metal roofing. Great for garages, barns, and budget-conscious whole-home installations.
Rolled Roofing
An economical option for low-slope sections, porches, and outbuildings. Faster installation at a lower material cost.
IKO notes that impact ratings exist to help residential owners qualify for insurance premium reductions where available. They aren't a guarantee against hail damage, and hail damage isn't covered by the shingle warranty.

I would strongly recommend Ultra Roofing. They did a great job replacing my old gravel roof with an immaculate flat-roof TPO system. It is a residential property but the flat roof is large and complex, bordering on a commercial scale project.
